Cancellation Policy

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for custom training programs, during which time you are eligible for a full refund.  To request a refund, you can contact us at info@thebettermethod.ca.

Pre-Set 4-Week Training Programs are non-refundable.

If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method.  Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
